The Music of the Tay

The choirs are back in session starting in the first week of February. Rehearsals begin on Monday, February 3 for the Men of the Tay and Wednesday, February 5 for the Women of the Tay.

Both rehearsals begin at 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 17 D’Arcy Street, Perth. A map to the church can be found by clicking here.

This season features a whole new collection of music for the Men’s Chorus and the Women’s Chorus. The Men’s concert will by on Sunday, June 1 at 2:00 PM. The Women’s concert will take place on Sunday, June 8 at 2:00 PM.

Rehearsals for the Men of the Tay Chorus begin on Monday, February 4th at 7:00 PM.

Rehearsals for the Women of the Tay Chorus begin on Wednesday, February 6th at 7:00 PM.

All rehearsals take place in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church on D’Arcy Street in Perth.

This season the choruses return to some favourite hits with a “Golden-Oldie” theme. The Women’s concert will take place on Sunday, June 2nd and the Men’s concert will be one week later, Sunday, June 9th. Both concerts will start at 2:00 PM and will take place in the sanctuary of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Perth.
